Procedures of Refund:

🗹 For accessories, the advance amount is totally not refundable.
🗹 Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.
🗹 If the customer informs us before shipping the product then he will be able to change product but he will not be able to take moneyback facility.
🗹 If we ship the product and after that the customer wants to cancel the product, we will not give any refund and also customer will not be able to change to another product.
🗹 If anyhow the customer receives the product and wants to change into another product (Before opening) we will change the product for him if he brings the product to us within 72 hours.
🗹 Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for refund within 3 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

What is the Refund Mode?
🗹 Refunds are made through BANK TRANSFER & Bkash.

Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?
🗹 If you prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service. We will evaluate and guide you for the next steps.
🗹 If Elegant Gadgets fails to deliver a product after confirming the order due to market unavailability, Elegant Gadgets will refund the payment within 24 Hours
🗹 Customers will only get the product price as refund (website price). Elegant Gadgets will not take any liability of any online gateway charge/ Bkash charge/ Nagad charge/ Bank charge.

🗹 এক্সেসরিস এর ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে অফেরত যোগ্য ।
🗹 যদি অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্ট এভেইলেবল না থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 যদি প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পুর্বে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত প্রোডাক্ট আমাদের স্টক এ থাকলে পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন তবে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড নিতে পারবেন না।
🗹 প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার পর কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না ।
🗹 অর্ডার করার ৭২ ঘণ্টা এর মধ্যে রিফান্ড এর জন্য অবেদন করতে হবে। ৭২ ঘন্টা অতিক্রম হওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

রিফান্ড এর অপশন কি?
🗹 রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র ব্যাংক ট্র্যান্সফার এবং বিকাশ এর মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।

আপনি কি রিফান্ড এর পরিবর্তে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন?
🗹 যদি আপনি রিফান্ড এর পরিবর্তে কোন প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
🗹 অর্ডার গ্রহন এর পর মার্কেট এ প্রোডাক্ট না থাকার কারনে Elegnat Gadgets প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভার করতে ব্যার্থ হলে কাস্টমার কে ২৪ ঘন্টা এর মধ্যে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
🗹 এক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ / নগদ চার্জ কিংবা ব্যাংক চার্জ ফেরত পাবে না শুধু ওয়েবসাইট এ প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের নগদ যে মূল্য সেটিই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
